NineOut collects the following data:
- Email address (if you create an account with email)
- Apple ID (if you use Sign in with Apple)
- Google ID (if you use Sign in with Google)
- Chosen username
- Quiz scores and results
- Anonymized usage data
2. Use of Data
Your data is used to:
- Provide and improve the service
- Manage your account and progression
- Display leaderboards and enable challenges between friends
- Send push notifications (if you have enabled them)
3. Storage and Security
Data is stored on secure servers via Supabase (hosted on AWS, Europe region). Passwords are hashed. All communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
4. Data Sharing
We never sell your personal data. Your data is only shared with our technical service providers (Supabase for hosting, Expo for push notifications) strictly to the extent necessary for the service to function.
5. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to access your personal data
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
- Right to data portability
- Right to object

6. Cookies
The mobile application does not use cookies. The nineout.app website may use third-party analytics and marketing tools, such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, to understand site usage and measure campaign performance.
7. Children's Data
NineOut is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new update date.
9. Terms of Use
By using NineOut, you agree to:
- Not attempt to manipulate leaderboards or exploit technical vulnerabilities
- Not use the application for commercial purposes without authorization
- Respect other users during challenges and interactions
NineOut reserves the right to suspend accounts that do not comply with these terms.
